Fall Angus Tour 2010

The 2010 Angus fall tour of the SCAAU took place during the days 4 and 5 of June, before a vast public, in the departments of Flores and San Jose.

Several farms were visited as "Buen Abrigo" of Martin Peters, "La Eloisa" of Ramón Rial, "La Santina" of Agrofin S.A., "La Carolona" de U.T.U., "El Puesto" and "La Madrugada" of Nazario Irazábal and "Santa Jacinta" and "Tres Marias" of Franscisco Albisu. In this same note extensive and intensive comercial farms and also stud farms were visited, allowing to prove the excellent Angus performance and versatility.

Angus Beef participated of the Tour and sponsored the presentation titled " Estrategias de invernada con Angus; recría y engorde" held out by the Ing. Args. Aljandro La Manna and Donald Chalkling from INIA.
