The Certification Program is based on the strict execution of the protocols that define the quality standards of the products. An independent certifying entity will carry out the Program guaranteeing its transparency and credibility.

Our mission is to introduce a Uruguayan Angus Meat Certifying Program that capitalizes the position of Angus and Uruguayan meat worldwide, so as to add value and contribute to the promotion and diffusion of the breed throughout the country and the most demanding markets around the world.

Our aim is to add value to the meat chain by installing a meat-certifying program and the commercialization of this meat with the ANGUS brand.
